How it works
- Submit your application and pay the $1,000 Conditional Spot Hold Fee.
- We review your application — the hold fee is refundable if we decline or can't move you off the waitlist by the Funding Deadline.
- If approved, you'll have seventy-two (72) hours to sign the full Guest Terms and pay the Booking Deposit to confirm your spot.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or a confirmed spot. If approved and you do not pay the Booking Deposit within seventy-two (72) hours, the $1,000 hold fee is forfeited in full.
