booking policy
Every WNDRLUST voyage has its own booking agreement covering the commitment fee, payment schedule, and deadlines specific to that trip. Those terms are shared with you at booking, and once signed, they govern your reservation. This page covers what applies across all voyages and fills in wherever a trip's agreement is silent.
Most voyages require a commitment fee to hold your place. The fee is credited toward your trip balance and confirms your participation once received and acknowledged by WNDRLUST. Where a voyage's fee is refundable under certain conditions, those conditions are stated in that voyage's agreement.
Final payment deadlines are set per voyage and shared at the time of booking. If payment isn't received by the stated deadline, we may release your spot without refund.
Cancellation deadlines vary by voyage and are set in each trip's agreement. As a general rule, cancellations within ninety days of departure are non-refundable, and some voyages may set a longer window. Earlier cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund, less applicable fees and any non-recoverable third-party costs already committed on your behalf.
WNDRLUST reserves the right to cancel a voyage due to insufficient participation, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. In such cases, refunds will be issued only for amounts paid directly to WNDRLUST, excluding non-recoverable third-party expenses.
Trip itineraries may change due to weather, supplier availability, or operational requirements. Such changes are part of the nature of travel and do not entitle travelers to a refund.
Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended for every voyage, including trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical, and medical evacuation coverage. Travelers are responsible for arranging any coverage they choose before departure.
No refunds are provided for no-shows or for unused portions of a trip due to early departure.
If something about a charge concerns you, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without reaching out may affect your eligibility for any refund and for future bookings.
