travel advisor & partner program terms

By applying to or participating in the WNDLRUST Travel Partner or Travel Advisor Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Partner Program Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
Participation in the Program also requires compliance with the WNDLRUST website Terms of Service and official trip Terms & Conditions.

WNDLRUST Group, LLC ("WNDLRUST," "we," "our," or "us") curates and facilitates group travel experiences. WNDLRUST is not an airline, hotel, tour operator, or transportation provider. We act solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent third‑party suppliers.

The Travel Partner and Travel Advisor Programs allow approved partners to introduce travelers to WNDLRUST curated group travel experiences.

Participation in the Program is limited to individuals or organizations that have been approved by WNDLRUST.
Eligible participants may include:
• travel advisors
• travel agencies
• content creators
• affiliates
• community leaders
• strategic partners

WNDLRUST reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation in the Program at its sole discretion.

Approved partners may receive access to the WNDLRUST Partner Portal.
The Partner Portal may allow partners to:
• generate referral links
• track clicks
• track leads or inquiries
• monitor referred travelers
• track commissions
• monitor payout status

Portal metrics are provided for informational purposes only. Final commission eligibility and attribution are determined by WNDLRUST
booking and payment systems.

WNDLRUST reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Partner Portal at any time.

Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials.

Partners may generate referral links through the Partner Portal.
Referral links may direct travelers to:
• the WNDLRUST homepage
• individual voyage pages
• destination pages
• marketing campaigns

Bookings or inquiries submitted through referral links may be attributed to the referring partner.

WNDLRUST retains final authority in determining referral attribution.

A referral remains attributed to a partner for sixty (150) days after the first recorded click or inquiry submission.
If a traveler books after the attribution window expires, the booking may not qualify for partner commission.

Approved partners may earn a commission of ten percent (10%) of the base price of each confirmed voyage booking attributed to their referral.
Commissions apply only to the base voyage price.
Commissions do not apply to:
• airfare
• travel insurance
• single supplements
• trip extensions
• upgrades or additional services

If a promotional code or discount is applied to the booking, the commission will be calculated based on the discounted price.

WNDLRUST reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.

A commission becomes eligible only when:
• the booking is properly attributed to the partner
• the traveler completes full payment for the voyage
• the voyage has commenced or been completed

If a traveler cancels or receives a refund, the associated commission becomes void.

Eligible commissions are typically paid after the voyage departure date.
Payments are generally issued within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days after the trip begins.
Payments may be made via methods including:
• PayPal
• ACH

WNDLRUST reserves the right to delay payments if refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or fraud investigations are pending.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Travel advisors may refer clients or assist clients with bookings.
If a partner or advisor completes a booking on behalf of a traveler, the partner must provide the traveler with the official WNDLRUST trip Terms & Conditions and confirm the traveler agrees to those terms prior to completing the booking.

Failure to do so may result in the partner being responsible for disputes related to the booking.

All bookings made through the Program must comply with the official WNDLRUST trip Terms & Conditions and booking policies.
These terms form the contract between the traveler and WNDLRUST.
Partners agree that travelers referred through the Program are subject to the same policies as customers booking directly.

Partners may promote WNDLRUST voyages through websites, social media, newsletters, communities, or other lawful marketing channels.
Partners may not:
• misrepresent WNDLRUST experiences
• advertise unauthorized discounts or pricing
• send spam or unsolicited marketing communications
• impersonate WNDLRUST staff or representatives
• bid on WNDLRUST trademark keywords in paid advertising without written permission

WNDLRUST reserves the right to terminate partners who engage in misleading or prohibited marketing practices.

WNDLRUST may provide promotional materials including voyage descriptions, images, videos, and marketing copy.
Partners may use these materials to promote WNDLRUST voyages but may not modify them in a way that misrepresents the WNDLRUST brand.
All intellectual property remains the property of WNDLRUST.

WNDLRUST manages traveler communication and trip logistics after a booking is confirmed.
This includes:
• booking confirmation
• traveler onboarding
• itinerary coordination
• trip preparation
• customer support

Partners are not responsible for managing trip logistics after a booking is confirmed.

WNDLRUST voyages rely heavily on positive group dynamics.

WNDLRUST reserves the right to remove or cancel participation of any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or harmful to the group experience.

Partners should ensure that travelers understand the community nature of WNDLRUST trips before booking.

WNDLRUST reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner relationship at any time if program terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, or the partner misrepresents WNDLRUST experiences.

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between WNDLRUST and the partner.
Partners act as independent contractors.

Partners are responsible for any taxes associated with commissions earned through the Program.
WNDLRUST may require tax documentation including W-9 forms for U.S. partners or W-8BEN forms for international partners.
Payments may be withheld until required documentation is received.

WNDLRUST may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
